Rose Hips N Orange Rind

An amazing tea with many healing properties. Very high in Vitamin C.

For 1 pint of water, I suggest about 1 tablespoon of each: rose hips and orange rind. Bring the water to a boil, throw in the goods, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Rose hips are the outer skin of rose fruit.
Many positive effects:
antidepressant, antiviral, tonic, aphrodisiac, blood tonic, urinary tract, tension relief, nerve strength, immune strength, circulatory aid, antioxidant, astringent, antiseptic, kidney tonic, hormone regulator, system cleanser, stress resestant, infection fighter, respiratory aid, antispasmodic, antibacterial, antiinflammatory, digestive aid, skin hydration, phlegm remedy, adrenal supporter, recovery tonic, free radical scavenger

This tea is wonderful for colds and lowered immune systems. Great for arthritis and stiff joints. Helps protect against cancer and cardiovascular disorder.

For vibrant, healthy skin - make a tea of rose hips, let cool, and rinse your skin with the water.
